At Soeur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return them for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
